Braga LPBR was an en-route stop North of Faro.  It has a hard runway orientated NE/SW. 

 

The airfield was almost deserted on arrival but eventually we managed to obtain details of a local restaurant and borrow cans for obtaining fuel from a local garage.  One of our team was having electrical problems and local engineers charged up his battery over lunch. 

 

The landing fee was under 3 euros.  The airfield became busier, mainly with helicopters, including a water bomber with underslung scoop.  (RWO 15.7.10)
