Midden Zeeland EHMZ

Very helpful and accommodating grass airfield, with Customs facilities for direct flights from the UK (although there is a lot of water if you want to avoid Belgian airspace and the permit that's required for factory built permit to fly aircraft). With PPR with their website form customs were available until 7pm during the summer months.

There is parachuting and gliding at Midden Zeeland, both to the South of the main grass runway, requiring a circuit join from the North.  There are clear circuit diagrams and noise abatement routes on the MZ website.

Onsite is a good restaurant (although the menu was all Dutch), burgers and toastie's were all very substantial and more filling than we expected for a quick ;uncjtime snack.  Mogas was available.

Landing fees seemed expensive at €22.50 for each microlight.

The Taxi ride into the town is quite pricey but the town itself very picturesque.
