A small group went to Rouen in May 2008, via Le Touquet.  



The visit was somewhat disappointing from several viewpoints. First, the airport is a considerable distance from the city and we had great difficulty in arranging transport in the late afternoon.  The airport has all the trappings of a regional facility but there wasn’t a great deal going on when we arrived.



Rouen is a large city and possibly not suited to a single overnight stop. It would be better to go there for a few days perhaps. Our lodgings, at the ETAP hotel, were also not well positioned for the City Centre. I don’t recall buying fuel there although the current guide shows that AvGas is available.
