Zoufftgen LF5755

The local microlight club is called Three Frontiers, in recognition of the airfield being situated close to the borders with Germany and Luxembourg. Unsurprisingly, the membership has an international flavour, because it is cheaper to base a microlight in France than in the two neighbouring countries.

Landing is uphill on 33 and take-off downhill on 15, on arrival it will be obvious why.

Since 2015 Zoufftgen has also been home to Aeroplume who relocated from their previous home at Kitebur after their landlord gave them notice.
